The change of legal form and the change of the company name.
Pleased to announce, that on 03.08.2015 Grafmaj AM Aneta Szczublińska with its seat in Poznan, changed its legal form to a joint-stock company Grafmaj S.A.
On 03.08.2015, the Grafmaj S.A. company was registered in the National Court Register (KRS), new VAT Indentification Number (NIP) and National Business Registry Number (REGON) were allocated.
The registered office address of Grafmaj S.A. has not changed, telephone/fax numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same as well.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that all existing liabilities resulting from our cooperation will be assumed by GRAFMAJ S.A. with its seat in Poznan, as the company remains subject to the rights and obligations arising from the agreements concluded by Grafmaj AM Aneta Szczublińska with its seat in Poznan. The change of legal form and the change of the company name in consequence, do not affect the continuation of the entity’s activity.
