The change of legal form and the change of the company name. Pleased to announce, that on 03.08.2015 Grafmaj AM Aneta Szczublińska with its seat in Poznan, changed its legal form to a joint-stock company Grafmaj S.A. On 03.08.2015, the Grafmaj S.A. company was registered in the National Court Register (KRS), new VAT Indentification Number (NIP) and National Business Registry Number (REGON) were allocated. The registered office address of Grafmaj S.A. has not changed, telephone/fax numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same as well. At the same time, we would like to inform you that all existing liabilities resulting from our cooperation will be assumed by GRAFMAJ S.A. with its seat in Poznan, as the company remains subject to the rights and obligations arising from the agreements concluded by Grafmaj AM Aneta Szczublińska with its seat in Poznan. From 4th of May 2015 new e-mail address

We kindly inform you that on 2 January 2019 the name of our Company was changed into IBF Graphica S.A. At the same time we confirm that the change concerns only the company name - all other data, including NIP, KRS, bank account numbers, telephone numbers and address remain unchanged. The company's management and organizational and ownership structure remain unchanged. At this stage, the e-mail address for electronic correspondence and the Internet domain remain unchanged. The change does not entail the need to modify the concluded civil-law contracts. Please take into account the above change in all new documents starting from 01/01/2019.

Transparent PET film, manufactured without any admixture of recycled materials. The film contains antiblocking. The surface is not activated or covered with silicone. The film is characterized by high transparency, without fog and high gloss. Resistant to chemical agents and moisture. Due to the properties shown and high mechanical strength, the film can be successfully used as a packaging material. foil is authorised for use in the manufacture of packaging for food and pharmaceutical products.

Metallized cold foil, UV adhesive

Very glossy water-based varnish, exhibits good slip and rub resistance.

Glossy, low-migration, water-based and high scratch resistance. The varnish is approved for direct contact with food.

Metallized film based on double-sided oriented polyester for printing and lamination. It is characterized by high gloss and excellent adhesion of aluminum and high barrier level. It has stable thermal and mechanical properties. The film is chemically activated from the metallized side, the other side is crowned. The film is approved for use in the production of food and pharmaceutical products.

Transparent A-PET film. The amount of recycled material in this film can be 60-70%. Film surface isn’t activated or siliconized This film is very glossy, good transparent and resistant to chemicals and humidity. Its properties and high mechanical strength make it a great choice for packaging applications. The foil is certified for use in manufacturing packaging for food and pharmaceuticals.

Holographic, metallized film based on biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET). It is characterized by high gloss and unique visual effect of rainbow. The film is one side chemically treated and can be printed, lacquered or laminated. The other side is metalized and has holographic effect. Thanks to the low thickness, high mechanical strength and continuous holographic effect, the film can be successfully used for lamination and in the packaging industry, for non-food products as well as food products.
